LINC Terminals

Patrons can also check their library records for information about their loans, requests, fines, or renew their loans, etc. It is also accessible through any terminal connected to NUSNET, the campus network, or Internet.

Self-service Photocopying

This service is operated by a commercial vendor. The machines accept cashcards.  Approach the staff at the photocopy room to buy or top-up your cashcard.  Please observe the Copyright Act and the NUS Library Rules on Photocopying.

Computer Room (CBLC)

• Opening hours:  Mon - Fri : 9am - 7pm; Sat : 9am - 1pm.  
• Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Printing facilities are operated by a Stored Value Card. This card is sold here during the vacations only. During term it is available at S10 CBLC.

Bound Journals Room

Bound issues of journals are shelved by their call numbers. The locations of the issues are shown in LINC as SC Bound Journals. Older issues are kept in the closed stacks, and may be requested through the Request function in LINC. Check the collections times of closed stacks materials posted in the library.

Current journals are kept in the Reference Room on the 4th floor.

This room is equipped with wireless base stations to enable notebook users to connect to the campus network.

Study Carrels

These day carrels are available to NUS academic staff and graduate students. Approach the Loans Desk, on the 4th floor to loan the keys to these carrels.

Shelved here are for your leisure reading.  The collection includes science fiction, pictorial stories of Chinese classics, bestsellers, comics, etc. Includes Medical Library's General Reading collection.
