Introduction to Science Library
The Science Library, a Special Library within the NUS Libraries, opened its doors
on 19 May 1986. Located in the Bio-Science Complex, the Library occupies
the 4th, 5th and 6th floors, as well as part of
the 3rd floor of the Science Library Building (Block S6). It serves
primarily the Faculty of Science, Graduate School of Science, School of Computing and its Graduate Division.
Collections & services:
The Library has 5,315 journal titles and over 278,713
volumes of books. Supplementing the book and journal collection, is
the audiovisual collection (with over 1,550 programmes) and the CD-ROM collection (with 288 titles).
The collection covers primarily the biological sciences, chemistry,
computer science, mathematics, statistics & applied probability,
materials science and physics
