Saving and Exporting Search Results
After retrieving a list of records, you can mark selected records to save to disk or email to an email address.
As you browse the list of records retrieved, click the box in the Mark column next to the record you want to mark. Repeat for as other records on the screen that you want to mark.
Go to the bottom of the screen and click on Save Marked Records. Two new buttons appears Export Saved List and Clear Saved Records.
When you are ready to export all the records you marked, click on Export Saved List.

At the Export Saved List Screen:
- Click on Screen to display on the screen and save the text to disk OR click on Email to send the records to the specified email address.
- Click on Brief display or Full Display to get all details like author, title, publisher, summary, subject and table of contents, etc. for the marked records.
- Click on Submit.

Click on Clear Saved Records and click on Previous Screen to go back to the list retrieved or click on Start Over to search by another option.
