• The Loans Desk is where you borrow, return and renew books or bound journals (from 2nd Floor).
  
• To borrow and renew, please bring your library/matriculation card and the books to our staff at the Loans Desk. You may also want to try our Self-service Checkout Machine opposite the New Books Display.
  
• To return, bring the book to the Loans Desk or drop the book into the Book Drop located next to the Main Entrance.
  
• The book you have reserved is ready for you to pick up ? Come to the Loans Desk with your library/matriculation card to borrow it.
  
• Keys to the Study Carrels on 2nd Floor are borrowed here. Study Carrels are for NUS School of Business graduate students and academic staff.
  
• The Loans Desk is also where we keep CDROMs or any materials indicated as HL Loans Desk in LINC+.
  
• On the left of the Loans Desk is where you borrow RBR materials. RBR materials are recommended texts and required readings are placed by lecturers for the use of students of a particular course. The location for RBR materials are indicated as HL RBR in LINC+. Some RBR materials are available electronically via IVLE. Please ask the librarian at Information Desk for more details.
  
• The theses collection, consisting of MSc and Phd theses submitted to the School of Business, is located here.
  
• The electronic version of exam papers is available in EXAM Papers database. To access EXAM Papers database, see instructions here.
  
• Did you lose your library card ? Please approach the Loans Desk to report the loss.
